I saw this girl that wore makeup and her face looks so dry and the foundation didn't fit her skin color and i wanted to ask, what type of foundation is good and not make your face look dry? I think all see used was bare minerals i think that's why it looked so dry? Or ether she just didn't know how to put on makeup 0.o But anyways Is cream foundation like bare minerials foundation and liquid foundation? What is better to put on?
