Sometimes the 99 cent store actually sells brand makeup...so check out your local store and you might be amazed at what you find!

Yes i agree with Tracy. I have just started selling Mary Kay and if you dont prepare your skin with a good cleanser and moisturizer, no makeup will go on good. I would have never believed it, but my sister got me into MK. She also is a consultant. I tried the whole skin care system and it does make a difference.
If you are going to buy discount cosmetics you are only going to get what you pay for. If you don't take care of your skin care needs before applying any type of makeup first then your skin is not going to get the mositure and the care that it so much needs. I am a senior consultant with Mary Kay cosmetics and I can tell you first hand that all cosmetics should first start with a great skin care system. I just hope you remember that when applying this dicount makeup to your face. best of luck!!

BEWARE OF ';DISCOUNT'; COSMETICS! Many of these have been tampered with or have expired! DO NOT buy cosmetics on EBAY! If you're just looking for something cheap, go to your local drugstore, but you will get what you pay for.
